Meet Alisha

Comprehensive Pilates, taught one-on-one, built around your body.

Pilates is more than a workout to me. It’s a method I’ve studied in depth and truly believe in. My teaching is rooted in its classical foundations and adapted to modern bodies, so you get the integrity of the original work in a way that fits you.

If you’ve tried Pilates before and it didn’t feel right, I’d love to show you the difference.

Why train with me

  • True private instruction. Every session is one-on-one, with my full attention on you.

  • The full apparatus. Reformer, Tower, Jump Board, Box, and Spine Corrector, so your body gets exactly what it needs.

  • Classical roots, modern application. Built on centering, control, precision, and breath, and adapted for injuries, joint replacements, and real-life bodies.

  • Strength that lasts. I work with active adults, athletes and golfers, beginners, and clients rebuilding after injury, all with the same goal: moving well for life.

My story

A former competitive cheerleader and track athlete, I tried everything from bootcamp to barre before Pilates. It was the first practice that challenged me while teaching me to truly understand my body.

After losing my father unexpectedly, my focus shifted from performance to longevity and quality of life. That’s when I committed to studying the method fully, through over 600 hours of comprehensive training and a formal apprenticeship.
